On Monday (March 10), Ariana Grande surprised fans with the announcement of Eternal Sunshine Deluxe: Brighter Days Ahead. The new collection will be released on March 28, and serves as what Grande has referred to as an “attachment” to her chart-topping seventh album, Eternal Sunshine, released almost exactly one year ago on March 8. Brighter Days Ahead will be the singer’s fourth different version of Eternal Sunshine, following previous releases of (Slightly Deluxe) and (Slightly Deluxe and Also Live) editions last year. Grande’s 2024 included milestones such as her sixth No. 1 album which has since been certified platinum, as well as an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Wicked. In addition to the new tracks that will be featured on Eternal Sunshine Deluxe, the collection also includes brand new album art which features Grande levitating towards a light beaming out of an ominous sky.
