Play Like A Girl is hosting An Inside Look @ First Horizon Bank (Watson Glen) Saturday, September 23rd from 10AM-1PM.
Play Like a Girl has teamed up with First Horizon Bank to provide middle school girls in Nashville with hands-on financial education, career exposure and mentorship around the “M” (mathematics) in STEM at this month’s Inside Look industry field trip. An Inside Look is your middle school student’s chance to learn about career opportunities at leading companies, network with professionals from diverse backgrounds, and meet other girls with an interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The goal is to put young girls in charge of their money early so they can make positive money moves throughout their lives and careers and, ultimately, reach their wildest dreams.
At this Inside Look, your student will:
– Meet women leaders and male allies at First Horizon Bank
– Explore career opportunities and connect with business matter experts
– Get an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of a local bank while learning hands-on banking techniques
– Participate in speed mentoring with inspiring women role models who are breaking barriers in banking
