Four people lost their lives today and one is in critical condition when a semi-nude gunman in a green trench coat entered the Waffle House on Mufreesboro Road and opened fire. The gunman, now identified as Travis Reinking, initially shot two people before entering the building and then opened fire inside the restaurant. This gun was previously seized in 2017 when the US Secret Service arrested Reinking for being in a restricted area near the White House. Four guns were confiscated from Reinking, one of them being the gun used in the Waffle House shooting. We will have more information on this story as it unfolds.
