Seal Fires Back

Seal made it clear on Instagram yesterday that Oprah’s speech had no effect on him with a picture that is sweeping through the social site. On the top half is Oprah kissing the cheek of Harry Weinstein while on the bottom both seem to be in mid-conversation with singer Rita Ora. He captioned the photo “Oh I forgot, that’s right…you’d heard the [rumors] but you had no idea he was actually serially assaulting young starry-eyed actresses who in turn had no idea what they were getting into. My bad. #SactimoniousHollywood.” The photo is still sweeping through Instagram as some respond to the post claiming Hollywood hypocrisy and others stick up for the mogul and OWN creator.

Harry Weinstein reached national recognition after a plethora of women accused him of sexual harassment, assault, and rape. The still rising case is now being termed as the Weinstein effect.
