Beyoncé is loyal to her hive!
After severe weather delayed her Sunday concert at FedEx Field in the Washington, D.C. area, Beyoncé footed the $100,000 bill to keep D.C. Metro trains open for an extra hour to ensure fans could return home.
A press release from the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority said the money covered costs to “keep all 98 stations open for customers to exit and operational expenses.”
Fans were ordered to shelter in place as the rain, thunder, and lightning hit before the show.
