50 Cent Reveals a Harsh Truth on Why People Dislike Floyd Mayweather (VIDEO)

Floyd Mayweather redefined the sport of boxing with his unusual boxing prowess. ‘TBE’ employed a defensive game plan across all his fights, and with that, he ended up being undefeated throughout his career. While many appreciated Mayweather for his skills, there were still some fans who disregarded Mayweather for whatever he brought to the table.
Recently, the rap sensation 50 Cent, in a chat with Brian J. Roberts, addressed this point. He also came up with a cracking statement about why people dislike Mayweather.
He said, “So it’s okay for you to watch the fight. Nobody watches Floyd fight to see how amazing he is. They watch it for the opportunity to see him lose. Because they don’t like him, they don’t like him because everything he says is about money.”
“There’s nothing else, there are no values, there’s no. The people’s champ, like Ali, was standing for the same things. The audience was standing for you know, he doesn’t have any of that.”
Floyd Mayweather piled on to the top with constant wins under the belt. While he was slowly climbing the ladders of success, no one expected him to trace such a decorated pathway.
However, Mayweather had belief in his abilities and he never really paid attention to the backlash he received at any point in his career. As a result, more than his boxing abilities, it was Mayweather’s terrific mindset that flourished his stature in combat sports.
What can the budding generation of fighters learn from Floyd Mayweather?
There are tons of things a budding boxer can learn from Mayweather. Apart from his boxing skills, one thing that sets Mayweather apart from everyone is his mindset. Like every athlete, Mayweather too had naysayers and still had a lot of them.
However, ‘Pretty Boy’ just doesn’t pay attention to anything that halts his progress.
Having said it, this is one of the prime reasons he achieved so many accolades in the sport.
What do you make of 50 Cents’ above comments?
