The expecting RHOP mom celebrated the spooky holiday by dressing up her bump.
When it comes to maternity style, Ashley Darby is all about embracing her baby bump — and it looks like Halloween costumes are no exception. The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member, who is currently pregnant with her second child, dressed up her growing belly to celebrate the spooky holiday with her family.
Ashley took to social media to show off her clever, bump-friendly costume. As captured in the snapshot below, the soon-to-be mom of two dressed up as a kangaroo, paying homage to her upcoming bundle of joy by turning her baby belly into a faux pouch.
She completed the all-too-appropriate costume with a pair of animal ears and a drawn-on nose, as she documented on her Instagram Stories.
But it turns out Ashley’ kangaroo costume was just the beginning of the family fun. The whole Darby clan embraced the Australian outback theme, with her husband, Michael Darby, rocking a Crocodile Dundee outfit and their son, Dean, adorably dressed up as a koala.
“Bringing a taste of the Outback to the States. Happy Halloween!” Ashley wrote in the caption alongside a series of sweet family photos.
Several of Ashley’s fellow ‘Wives couldn’t resist gushing over their group costume. “So cute!!” The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Braunwyn Windham Burke wrote in the comments, while The Real Housewives of Dallas’ Stephanie Hollman added, “So adorable.”
