Monique vs Netflix

Monique took to Instagram this morning launching a boycott against the billion dollar company Netflix claiming they are biased against gender and color. In the video the comedy icon calls out the company after being offered a very low amount of money to do a comedy special and being told that the value is what they think is all she can bring to the table. Netflix is known to feature specials for well know comedians such as Dave Chappelle which they paid him at least $20 million yet they offered Monique only $500,000. In the video the once talk show host brings up the pay differences between her and comedian Amy Schumer who is to get $11 million for her comedy special and Netflix basically responded with though we think you’re a legend it’s not about the resume.
