A 5 year old and 8 year old girl are among the dead in an apparent domestic dispute on Friday. Samaii Daniel and Sammarre Daniel were shot by 24 year old Queshan Brooks. Brooks also car jacked a car and shot and killed 70 year old Robert Payne, the car’s owner. The dispute started at a home in North Nashville, where police found 45 year old Darnykka Daniel and the two children shot in the front yard. Samaii was pronounced dead at the scene and Sammarre died at the hospital, After Brooks shot them, he fled the scene and carjacked Brooks’ car, killing him and injuring another man in the process. Because of the snow, Brooks didn’t get far. The car was found on I40 and 51st street with shoe tracks from the snow leading the police to Brooks. He was arrested without incident. Brooks is already facing an aggravated assault charge for attacking his girlfriend back in September. He now faced 3 charges of murder.
