Weapon in Tupac Murder Missing

It has been almost 21 years since the death of hip hop legend Tupac Shakur and even today many still discuss the case debating what really happened. It has been reported today that the gun used to kill the artist is currently missing. In 1998 it was found and reported to the police then in 2000 the gun was transferred along with 38,000 firearms from the Compton Police Department to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. In 2006 the gun was found by Deputy Brennan of LASD at the home of a gang member and a ballistic test proved that it was the gun that was used to kill Tupac. A federal prosecutor ordered for the gun to not be transferred to the Las Vegas Police Department because he feared the discovery would alert conspirators and now the gun is currently missing. After A&E producers tried to reach out to both departments’ officers were unsure of what happened to the gun. All of these details along with more information on the death of Tupac will be on A&E series, Who Killed Tupac? premiering tomorrow, Dec. 19, 2017. (Photo credit Tupac Facebook)
