This week our #MCMs are the amazing cast of BET’s The New Edition Story biopic; Luke James (Johnny Gill), Woody McClain (Bobby Brown), Elijah Kelley (Ricky Bell), Bryshere Y. Gray (Michael Bivins), Algee Smith (Ralph Tresvant), & Keith Powers (Ronnie DeVoe).

The biopic was an excellent success for BET, resulting in 4.4 million total viewers on BET, which was the highest telecast in 5 years. They were also the #1 social tv network on Tuesday, taking over the top 20 trending topics on twitter.

The New Edition Story follows the story of hit sensation group New Edition, which led to stars Bobby Brown, Bel Biv DeVoe, Ralph Tresvant, & Johnny Gill, starting from their Boston roots singing in talent shows to international stardom singing in arenas all over the world.
