The 32nd Annual Stellar Awards

CENTRAL CITY PRODUCTIONS revealed this years 2017 STELLAR AWARD nominees in 26 categories.  The Awards show will return to the LAS VEGAS ORLEANS ARENA on SATURDAY, MARCH 25th.

TV ONE will premiere the telecast on SUNDAY, APRIL 9th at 7p (ET) with encores at 9p and 11p.  In addition, the 32nd annual event will air in national syndication on 170 TV stations in over 150 markets around the country between APRIL 4th-MAY 4th.

TRAVIS GREENE and TAMELA MANN lead the nominations with 9 each.  GREENE is up for Male Vocalist of the Year, Song of the Year, CD of the Year, Contemporary Male Vocalist of the Year, Contemporary CD of the Year, and Praise and Worship CD of the Year.

MANN’s 9 nominations; Artist of the Year, ALBERTINA WALKER Female Vocalist of the Year, Contemporary Female Vocalist of the Year, CD of the Year, Producer of the Year, Song of the Year, and Traditional Female Vocalist of the Year.

REACH MEDIA syndicated Radio Host/TV Personality ERICA CAMPBELL and Songwriter/Arranger ANTHONY BROWN will co-host the event.  Both are past STELLAR AWARDS winners; CAMPBELL also has a GRAMMY in her trophy case.

“The announcement of the 2017 nominees corresponds with the launch of STELLARTV.com, the first phase of the STELLAR TV CABLE TELEVISION NETWORK, which will be officially introduced during the taping at the 32nd Annual STELLAR AWARDS on MARCH 25th,  2017.”
