Jene India: Men say they don’t like…

Men say they don’t like when women wear makeup. LIES!

Men like women to just look like they don’t have on much. That’s what they like but can’t articulate. Truth is, makeup is more than just plastering on a bunch of foundation, eye shadow, and drawing eyebrows on. Our faces are different on each side. You may notice that one eye is wider than the other or that one eyebrow is shaped a little different. Facial symmetry influences judgments of attractiveness and beauty. The more symmetrical your face appears, the more it is perceived as attractive. Now as much as I would like to throw this information to the side and say that it’s foolishness, this information is true. I recently read a book titled The Secret Psychology of How We Fall in Love by Paul Dobransky and it really gave me some insight into how we are psychologically drawn to others we find attractive.

I’m a firm believer that that makeup should not determine if you’re attractive or not, but I’m also a firm believer that you’ve got to make the best with what you got!  Sound harsh? Lol

Seriously, nobody is born perfect and we all have our flaws. Why not try and spruce yourself up a little though? Ya know, get a little more polished and shiny like a new penny.  It will not only affect how you look on the outside but it will boost your confidence inside as well.
