Premiering Easter Sunday on NBC, this huge television event features a diverse cast from across the globe. The story begins with the trial and crucifixion of Jesus. The Romans are losing their grip on power and the Disciples are taking on the empire. Filled with action and stunning special effects, it’s Game of thrones meets The Bible. The all-new NBC event series – A.D.: THE BIBLE CONTINUES premieres Easter Sunday, April 5th at 8pm CST on NBC WSMV Channel 4.
