Sissy Brown, aka Miss Moka, has been in the entertainment industry for over 20 years. Choreographer, personal trainer, fitness instructor, radio personality, photo and video consultant and host/emcee are all a part of her extensive resume. Beginning her professional dance career in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Sissy moved to Nashville in 2002, where she became a member and 3 year captain of the Tennessee Titans Cheerleaders as well as the Arena Football Nashville Kats. During her tenure, Sissy was chosen to perform in Las Vegas as a member of the AFL Dream Team, performed with artists including Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Jason Aldean, and Toby Keith and traveled across the United States supporting our US Troops.
Sissy began her radio career in 2011 as a co-host of the Surround Sound Podcast. Wanting a bigger and broader audience, she became a Facebook blogger and has since grown a following of over 50,000. In 2016, she teamed up with Program Director of 92Q Nashville, Kenny Smoov and developed The Kenny and Sissy show, which airs on Facebook and and YouTube weekly. Sissy recently became an on air personality and Brand Ambassador for 92Q, where she hosts events, makes appearances, does live remotes on location and is developing a weekly show to air later this year, The Get Down With Sissy Brown.
Currently, Sissy is the Fitness Instructor for the Tennessee State University majorettes, The Sophisticated Ladies, where she also choreographs for them, as well as the Tennessee Titans Cheerleaders and various other organizations. She is the proud mother of JaRae, 24 and MiMi to 2 year old Levi.
