Deep Soul with Eboné

Welcome to Deep Soul w/ Eboné

Deep Soul is a live music showcase for local and independent artists to not only perform but share their journey. Their stories reveal a deeper purpose behind their craft and that’s what a Deep Soul is all about. The genres include Gospel, Soul, RnB, Hip Hop, and even Spoken Word! For more about the show and host follow the IG and Facebook Deep SoulEb, and subscribe to the YouTube page (Deep SoulEb).  Contact deepsouleb@gmail.com if wanting to come on or be apart of the LIVE studio audience, and as Eboné often says Keep it Soulful.

Eboné Merrimon is the creator and host of Deep Soul. She’s a Nashville native and a recent graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. She has been working for 92Q for 2+ years and is already making connections within the media industry. Deep Soul is of Ebon’e own creation and started as a radio show at her college radio station WMTS. As she was learning how to develop a show she wanted to expand her knowledge and learn how to manage an entire station. After doing Deep Soul on the radio for a year she put it on pause as she was elected as the first African American female General Manager. “This role was something I didn’t take lightly as not just a student but as a black woman. I was watched closely and definitely had some good and bad moments but in all the experience taught me to trust in God’s process and always be stronger than fear itself.” After serving in her position she brought Deep Soul to the college TV network with her producer and friend Sarah Nichols and now she brings it to the 92Q audience. “My mother always says to me to just be blessed to be in the atmosphere so I humble myself to the artists, the 92Q family, and to you.”

Thank You – Eboné Merrimon
