Cassie Ventura has reportedly left the United States following a settlement with Sean “Diddy” Combs and has no plans to return. In a court declaration dated May 1, 2026, Ventura, 39, confirmed her residency outside the U.S. and indicated it would be easier to attend legal proceedings in New York, where her legal team is based.
According to TMZ, her move comes amid an ongoing lawsuit from male escort Clayton Howard, who claims he was hired by Ventura and Diddy for illicit activities, alleging he contracted an STD and fathered a pregnancy that ended in abortion. Howard, one of several escorts cooperating in Diddy’s criminal case, describes experiencing physical and psychological harm from the situation.
Ventura, following a reported combined payout of about $30 million—$20 million from Diddy over abuse allegations and $10 million from a hotel where Diddy assaulted her—seeks to move forward. In her correspondence regarding Howard’s lawsuit, she revealed that he sent a message to her husband, acknowledging her truth and expressing concerns over the abuse she suffered. Ventura, who gave testimony during Diddy’s federal trial while pregnant, continues to build a new life as she embraces motherhood with her husband, Alex Fine.
