Offset performed at the University of Arkansas’s Rowfest on Saturday, days after being shot on April 6th outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Florida. The shooting occurred as a result of an escalated fight, and although Offset sustained injuries, they were confirmed to be non-life-threatening. Videos from the concert show Offset arriving on stage in a wheelchair, but he eventually stood and interacted with the audience during his performance of songs, including “Bad and Boujee.” After the performance, Offset expressed gratitude for his fans’ support on social media, captioning images with “REAL LOVE,” while his mother described him as a “miracle walking.” The incident surrounding the shooting remains under investigation. Police arrested rapper Lil Tjay on charges of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, but he has denied any involvement in the gunfire. Another individual was detained at the scene but has not been charged.
