Lizzo has no plans to settle any part of that wrongful-termination suit.
Last week, former dancers Arianna Davis, Noelle Rodriguez and Crystal Williams dropped claims that Lizzo had fat-shamed them. Those claims were a big part of the lawsuit.
Monday, Lizzo posted a video to Instagram saying she’s going to fight the entire thing. She looks into the camera and said that “They weren’t fired for gaining weight. They were fired for taking a private recording of her without my consent and sending it off to ex-employees… She is still in a legal battle and she will be fighting every single claim until the truth is out.”
Although the dancers dropped the fat shaming suit, they are still pursuing the rest of the suit, alleging a hostile work environment and sexual harassment that included mandatory trips to strip clubs.
