The Olympic gymnast challenged her followers to identify the procedures. The boob job was a no brainer. Her figure obviously changed over the summer. Simone has hinted multiple times about her new appearance.
She had surgery to repair an earlobe destroyed when an “earring got ripped out.” Simone also chose to have a lower blepharoplasty to remove “THE WORST eye bags.”
