Beyoncé has launched a new fragrance. She revealed Cé Lumière on Thursday. Cé Lumière is described as having the scent of Madagascar black pepper and Italian mandarin; heart notes of jasmine sambac absolute and rhubarb, and base notes of Indonesian patchouli and skin musk. The new item can be preordered on Beyoncé’s website for $160.
