A federal judge has signed off on the forfeiture of property seized from Sean “Diddy” Combs during the 2024 raids on his homes and his arrest in New York. So that means he has to give up multiple iPhones, iPads, hard drives and approximately $9,000 in cash recovered from the Park Hyatt Hotel when Combs was taken into custody. Court records show no claims contesting the forfeiture were filed within the required timeframe, allowing the government to permanently take possession of the property.
The ruling comes as Combs continues serving his federal sentence. His projected release date was recently pushed back to February 20th, 2028 following a reported fight with another inmate that resulted in him being placed in a Special Housing Unit.
