Pooh Shiesty is now potentially facing life in prison after being charged with the armed kidnapping of Gucci Mane.
According to a criminal complaint, the Memphis rapper, along with eight co-defendants, including his father, is accused of kidnapping and robbing multiple people during what was supposed to be a business meeting at a Dallas-area studio.
One alleged victim is identified as “R.D.,” widely believed to be Radric “Gucci Mane” Davis, Shiesty’s former label boss. Prosecutors say Shiesty pulled an AK-style weapon and forced the victim to sign contract release paperwork at gunpoint.
Authorities described the incident as a “coordinated, armed takeover,” with suspects allegedly preventing victims from leaving while stealing property and issuing threats.
