T.I. AND TINY WIN $71 MILLION IN LAWSUIT

Rrapper T.I. and wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris are $71 million richer.

A jury agreed with the couple, who sued MGA Entertainment for violating their intellectual property rights. The company released a line of dolls that appeared to copy the likeness of their teen pop group, OMG Girlz that featured Tiny’s daughter.

The jurors in a federal court in California award T.I and Tiny $18 million in damages and $53 million worth of punitive damages.

This had been the couple’s third trip to court. The first time ended in a mistrial. The Supreme Court basically overturned the second trial, which was won by MGA Entertainment.
