MEGAN THEE STALLION FACING LAWSUIT

Megan Thee Stallion has new legal issues.

The entertainer is facing a lawsuit from a former cameraman who is claiming harassment and a hostile work environment.

Emilio Garcia claims he was trapped inside a vehicle in a foreign country and forced to watch Megan have sex with another woman.

Garcia said he was fat-shamed and berated by Megan. He was allegedly told, “Don’t ever discuss what you saw.”

Garcia was hired as Megan’s photographer in 2018. He became her full-time cameraman in 2019 until he resigned in June 2023.

Megan and her team haven’t responded to the suit.
