The spirit of a DJ is born from music and cultivated in skill. It can be said that DJ Rage was born into music. His father Larry K. Myles, a prominent DJ; and mother, a vocalist, cultivated a true love of music with in DJ Rage at a young age. A Wisconsin native hailing from the city of Milwaukee, Rage later relocated to Nashville, TN. It was during his initial stay in Nashville that Rage first flexed his spinning and mixing muscles, DJing small parties at the age of 15. In 1995 Rage returned to his hometown. Rage‘s unremitting drive to becoming a professional DJ lead him to continue DJing local parties in Milwaukee and shadowing professionals. Prior to his return to Nashville, Rage shadowed Core DJ’s founder, Tony Neal. Upon his return to the Music City Rage continued shadowing adding the experience of studying several popular DJ’s who were apart of  Nashville’s #1 FM stations WQQK (92Q).

Since his fledgling years, as a DJ, Rage’s resume has continued to grow. Rage currently DJ’s the Crash Ya Car Old School Hip Hop And R&B Mix, Fridays #1 Mix Show on 92Q, airing from 6-7 PM CST in Nashville. Additionally on Fridays Rage DJ’s The Sky Show on Yuba City, California’s KRYC (Rhythm 105),  airing from 10-11 PM PST. On Saturdays Rage DJ’s Omaha, Nebraska’s #1 Weekend mix, CLUB 106, on KOPW (Power 106) airing from 9-12 AM CST.

Not to be confused with one of the many, DJ Rage stands out not only as a successful DJ but also as a local spokesman for Tri Clothing and Cuestion Tequila. When asked what drives Rage to do what he does he is quoted as saying, “The creativity and technical aspects of Djing fuel my continued interest, and the reaction and emotion that the people I'm entertaining feel when I combine all that with my knowledge of music is where I find my fulfillment.” Rage’s extensive years of training have equipped him with an advanced knowledge of the mixing and blending of music; his impeccable spinning styles, professional attitude, and friendly disposition allow DJ Rage to create the ultimate musical experince, that can be tailored to any demographic, venue or genre.
