Police have arrested a man in the shooting that happened outside French Montana's tour bus last week in Penn's Landing, Philadelphia.  That's according to NBC 10 in Philadelphia, which reports that 20-year-old Frank Briggs is charged with murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault and other related offenses in the incident, which left one man dead and another injured. 

Police say French and Philly native Meek Mill were on the tour bus when the shooting happened.  During questioning, French told police that he didn't know what was going on outside the bus until someone in his entourage told him, NBC 10 reports. 

The station also says that police have not disclosed whether the man who was killed was the intended target.
