 Carmen Jaye is a native of Nashville, TN and a lover of many genres of music.  This love for music began in her younger years via her father’s plethora of 8-tracks, albums, tapes, etc., and her mom’s diverse listening loyalty to various radio stations (mainly for 92Q,WQQK).  Carmen was surrounded by music at a young age and continues to surround herself with wholesome, meaningful music.  Blessed with a total of about 6 years with 92Q, Carmen currently hosts the 3pm-7pm weekend show on Saturdays. 
 She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Theater from Tennessee State University.  She is currently working on completing her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction along with Teacher Certification.  Carmen is also an aspiring culinary artist. She has many dreams and desires yet to be fulfilled.
