9 YEAR OLD GIRL FOUND IN DUFFEL BAG-BOYFRIEND CHARGED
The 9 year old Black girl who was killed and found stuffed inside a duffel bag near a Los Angeles area hiking trail has been identified as Trinity Love Jones. And get this: 38-year old Emiel Hunt, Trinity’s mother’s boyfriend, has been charged with murder for the gruesome killing.
Trinity’s body was discovered inside a rollaway duffel bag by workers who were doing maintenance on an equestrian trail in the area on Tuesday last week. It has also been revealed that Hunt spent more than a decade in prison on a torture and child abuse conviction from 2005. He is currently being held on a $2 million bond.
Paul Manafort Sentenced to 3-1/2 More Years in Prison, Faces Additional State Charges
- Former Trump campaign chair Paul Manafort was sentenced to three-and-a-half additional years in federal prison on Wednesday, bringing his total tally to seven-and-a-half.

JUVENILE SHOOTS MOM IN THE HEAD, THEN HIMSELF
Yesterday we reported a possible domestic violence situation in Madison in the 3500 block of Chesapeake Drive. It turns out a 17-year-old boy shot his mother in the head Tuesday night at their 3535 Chesapeake Drive residence and then commit suicide. And Madison police are trying to figure out why.
Tiffany Redmon, 37, had been shot by her son, Jshaun Redmon, and that he had fled the residence. First arriving officers saw that Tiffany Redmon had suffered a gunshot wound to her head. She was rushed to a local hospital. She is not expected to survive.
Officers found Jshaun Redmon deceased in the yard across the street from his residence. He had suffered an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. Detectives will be conducting additional interviews today as they work to determine the motivation for the gunfire. Tiffany Redmon turned 38 today.
Customer Grabs Shotgun, Shot By Clerk After Altercation At Auto Parts Store
A verbal altercation between a clerk and a customer at an auto parts store in Nashville led to a shooting.
Police were called to the O’Reilly Auto Parts near Monroe St. and Rosa L. Parks Blvd. yesterday after a store employee and a customer got into an argument. 26 year old Antonio Parham walked up to the store with a shotgun and that’s when a 23 year old employee fired a gunshot through the front window. Parham was hit and was dropped off at General Hospital. He was then transferred to Vanderbilt with a critical wound to his chest. The 23 year old is currently not facing any charges.
Urber/Lyft driver shot in attempted carjacking at Nashville gas station
Metro Nashville Police officers are investigating an attempted carjacking that led to a shooting in Nashville. A rideshare driver stopped at an Exxon gas station on Shelby Avenue near Nissan Stadium to get gas. The driver was shot after he refused to give up his keys to a man jumped out of an SUV and demanded money. He was shot in the abdomen and taken to Vanderbilt with serious injuries. Police are searching for the suspect, who they say jumped back into the gray SUV and got away.
