Customer Grabs Shotgun, Shot By Clerk After Altercation At Auto Parts Store

A verbal altercation between a clerk and a customer at an auto parts store in Nashville led to a shooting.

Police were called to the O’Reilly Auto Parts near Monroe St. and Rosa L. Parks Blvd. yesterday after a store employee and a customer got into an argument. 26 year old Antonio Parham walked up to the store with a shotgun and that’s when a 23 year old employee fired a gunshot through the front window. Parham was hit and was dropped off at General Hospital. He was then transferred to Vanderbilt with a critical wound to his chest. The 23 year old is currently not facing any charges.
